2018, what a year you've been.

We celebrated so many milestones together as Buttonians—an expanded marketplace with exciting new partners and integrations, groundbreaking innovations, a fast-growing team, and hard-earned awards won. Thank you to all our partners and team members for believing in us and in our mission to build a better way to do business on mobile. We're taking a moment to pause and reflect on 2018.

As we continue to build momentum with the world's largest brands, we saw the addition of household names like Expedia, United Airlines, Travelocity, Domino's, Sam's Club, and others to our marketplace this year. And with holiday shopping happening in full force this season, we look forward to ending 2018 as our strongest year yet.

On the product front, we secured a patent for AttendedInstall that allows users to flow from a publisher to a brand app without ever having to leave the publisher app's native environment—creating a seamless, uninterrupted user experience. Recently, we launched Personalization to enable our brand partners to offer specific audiences personalized content and deals and our publisher partners to surface content that aligns with user interests and creates more compelling and engaging in-app experiences. Earlier this summer, we also launched Button for Rewards which enables publishers that offer rewards for shopping to communicate with users about the products and categories that qualify for rewards—one of the loyalty industry's most commonly-cited issues by users.

TAP, October 2018: Our annual mobile commerce conference

At our largest TAP Conference to date, we were all energized by conversations on the future of mobile that included taking friction out of the travel journey by United Airlines, how brands can help define the modern consumers' taste by Pinterest, creating a holistic end-to-end mobile shopping experience by Samsung Pay, and many others.

Over the past year, we have doubled in size across our organization and our leadership team, as well as focused on furthering our diversity and inclusion initiatives. We have organized our departments to improve the efficiency and productivity of our business, including the launch of our Partner Support team to provide streamlined technical guidance and enablement for our partners.

Queerchella, June 2018: Our annual Pride Party

For the fourth year in a row, we earned the recognition as one of Crain's Best Places to Work in NYC! And, for the first time, we outgrew the "small companies" category and were ranked #4 in the "midsize companies" category. It is an honor to have been on their list every year since the founding of Button! With Crain's, Entrepreneur, Fortune, and Inc. all giving us their thumbs up to our workplace this year, we are humbled to be amongst the very best in workplace cultures and are so proud of the team that we have collectively built to give publishers a better way to make money than ads and brands a better way to find users at the moment they are ready to purchase.
